Moodring Records makes it rain music

In a world where The Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame decides it’s a good idea to take a chance, take a chance, take-a, take-a chance, chance on inducting ABBA, at least we have garage-rock morsels such as those from Moodring Records as a counterpoint. The little local label that could has been super-busy lately, releasing a Christmas single, four Matthew Darkly EPs totaling 19 new songs, a not-heard-before Rugs demo and more. It is all available FREE via the Moodring blog, the link for which you’ll find below.

Also, we may be stuck listening to “Dancing Queen” on March 15, but at least the hall got some nominations right.
